Luis Carlos is an assurance partner with over thirty-four years of experience in public accounting.

He has experience working with private, closely held companies, and has served clients in the manufacturing, hospitality, wholesale, and retail industries.

Presently, Luis Carlos is a board member of Hogares Rafaela Ybarra, Inc, and the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Puerto Rico. In January 2009, he was designated to represent the firm for a two-year term on the Board of Governors of Grant Thornton International, the highest decision-making body of the international organization. Besides being a Certified Public Accountant Luis Carlos is a certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Hospitality Accountant Expert (CHAE), and as Certified Management Auditor (CMA). He is an authorized Certified Public Accountant to practice in the US Virgin Islands.
