César is an advisory manager with twenty years of combined experience between private companies and local and international public accounting firms.

His experience includes providing services to clients in the insurance industry sector.

He has participated in various advisory and attestation engagements and has served as expert witness in several litigation support engagements for an insurance and health company.

César has developed standard operating procedures for legal cases project management and operations with the health insurance business.

He has additionally provided support to the Firm’s assurance department by examining the activity levels and information technology controls for financial statements audits.
