Carmen is an outsourcing manager with over twenty-seven years of experience in public accounting.

She is head of the outsourcing department, composed of six accountants, which provides support to clients in the areas of accounting, payroll processing, payroll returns, electronic transmissions and compliance with governmental agencies. Industries in which she has experience include: retail, nonprofits, educational, real estate and service industries.
