Kayra is an audit managing director with over twenty-four years of experience in public accounting.

Mrs. Rivera provides services to clients in the retail, government, not for profit, single audits, real estate, subsidized housing projects (HUD), hospitality, service, and telecommunication industries.

She is a member of the Continuing Professional Education Program and the Staffing Committees and was head of the Outsourcing Department of Kevane Grant Thornton LLP for two years. She has dictated several professional development trainings for the Grant Thornton Global Leadership Institute, where she is a certified instructor, and has also served as instructor in several training courses, including other Grant Thornton member firms in Latin America.
