Aida has over thirty-one years’ experience in public accounting.
Her experience includes having provided services to clients in the hospitality, college and universities, fast food restaurants, not for profit, international banking, construction, real estate, and manufacturing industries.
Mrs. Ramírez is a member of the Puerto Rico State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), where she is also a member of the AICPA Peer Review Committee.
She served for four years as a member of the Puerto Rico Quality Review Board Committee. She also participated as a reviewer of Grant Thornton’s Internal Quality Control Program for Central and South America.
Aida is on her third tenure of three years each, as Treasurer/Secretary of the Puerto Rico Hotel and Tourism Association.
Presently she is the chair of the Quality Control and Corporate Social Responsibility Committees of the Firm.
