State Insurance Fund – Policy Extension Payment

Due to the effects caused in Puerto Rico by Hurricane Fiona, the State Insurance Fund Corporation (CFSE) has decided to extend the deadline for employers to comply with the payment of their policies.
State Insurance Fund Policy Payment
(CFSE) decided to grant a moratorium on the payment term for permanent and eventual policies with payments due on September 20 and September 21, 2022.
The extension grants an additional 30 days to the due date of the payments, with a deadline of October 20 and 21, respectively, and that there will be no additional extensions.
