Department of Labor and Human Resources issues new tool

Employers will no longer have to visit the Department of Labor and Human Resources (DTRH) in search of posters of labor laws.  Now they can download them through the internet and reproduce them at their convenience to comply with the obligation to place them in a visible area in your company.

The five posters, which are available on the new digital page, detailed the laws and regulations that protect workers. These are: ' The crime is illegal ' of the Non-Discrimination Unit, Non-Occupational Disability Insurance (SINOT), Bureau of Labor Standards, Law on restrictions on the use of the social security number and the Law of Safety and Health at work (Puerto Rico OSHA).

Employers can download and print the posters on the size and material they want, except for OSHA, which has a specific size established by law.

In addition to online services for employers and workers, and the tab to download the posters, the web contains the statistics and projections of the labor market, notices, press releases, legal opinions, information about the Agency's organizational structure and live updates of social networks.
