Driver’s Insurance Quarterly Returns – new requirement
26 Feb 2020The Puerto Rico Department of Labor (DOL) has issued a notice with changes in the filing of the Driver’s Insurance Quarterly Returns.
The notice states that the taxpayers will have available the PSSCH Taxpayers Application which can be accessed by selecting the option “Aplicación de Contribuyentes PSSCH” through the DOL website www.trabajo.pr.gov. The application includes instructions for handling.
Once you have filed the electronic Driver’s Insurance Quarterly Return, you must send a copy of the electronic form along with a check or money order payable to: Secretary of the Treasury stapled to it and mailed to any of the DOL offices or you can also mail it to:

The last form filed by mail will be the one corresponding to the first quarter of 2020 (March 31, 2020). As of the second quarter 2020 (June 6, 2020), subsequent quarters, are required to be filed through the DOL website mention below.
