Angel has provided professional assurance services to U.S., international, and local clients focusing on banking and finance institutions in accordance with PCAOB and U.S. GAAS requirements and U.S. GAAP. His experience ranges from financial statements audits, attestation engagements such as examination of internal controls and compliance audits with local and federal banking regulations, including U.S. HUD-assisted major programs, and agreed-upon procedures engagements.
