Roberto has over thirty-seven years of experience in public accounting.
He has vast experience providing audit and assurance and advisory services to local and international clients in retail and wholesale, construction, insurance, manufacturing, banking and financial, government-public sector, telecommunications, non-profit and employee retirement plans clients.
His experience in advisory includes extensive participation in business mergers and acquisitions and divestitures, locally and overseas. He has been engaged in the implementation of corporate and information systems governance in various entities, including financial institutions and public companies.
Roberto’s outstanding preparation and experience was obtained during his twelve years with one of the “Big-4” international accounting firms from where he earned an audit senior manager position until 2000.
He also served seven years in controllership positions in the corporate private sector where he achieved the redesigning of the accounting and reporting systems.
In 2000 he founded along other partners LLM&D and later LHD America until December 2020, date when he and other two former partners integrated their private professional practice into Kevane Grant Thornton’s.
