General description

The Business development and marketing assistant will support in the implementation of business development and marketing initiatives of the Firm.

Responsabilities:

  • Assists the BD Director in the coordination of appointments with prospective clients.

  • Prepare and manage a monthly prospective client’s list by event

  • Prepare sales and follow up template.

  • Assists in the preparation of the following reports:

  • Monthly update reports: Independence, WINS, CRM, Proposals, among others.

  • Service as liaison between the firm and service providers.

  • Assists Business Development in business presentations/forums and coordinates the participation of corresponding firm’s expert in the field, including attending special activities.

  • Assists and maintains up-to-date records relative to activities and prospect profiles, appointments, and calls within KGT database.

  • Coordinates the “onboarding” of new personnel: recruiting ads, marketing onboarding presentations, employees’ CVs, business cards, photo shoots, updating of marketing material, any other as required.

  • Annually updates all existing CVs (copyright, years of experience, any other as deem necessary).

  • Assists in marketing administrative projects.

  • Assists in branding Firm’s marketing materials and Power Point presentations.

  • Maintains the Firm’s platform up to date.

     

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing.

  • At least one year of experience or knowledge in marketing and/or business development duties.

  • Fully bilingual.

  • Strong copywriting skills.

  • Computer proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.

  • Proficiency in social media administration.

  • Availability to work overtime, as required.

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines and minute attention to detail.

  • Assist in the logistics and registration of events like trainings, seminars, conventions and conferences.

  • Assists Business Development in CRM process implementation, training meetings documents sales and business development.
  • Assists Business Development in business presentations/forums including attending special activities
